When you place an order with us, we store your address and contact details on our database, and pass those contact details on to the authors of the software so that they can provide you with after sales support, should you ever need it. Under no circumstances will we forward any other information you have provided to us, to anyone, for any reason - except police instigated fraud enquiries, of which we've only had one in the last ~5 years - who is most likely now in prison by now!
Our ordering system requires the use of "Cookies". These cookies are only used to track details relating to what you are currently ordering from us as you move from page to page on the web site.
What else do we track?
When you browse our web site, the web server log files automatically capture information such as your browser type (Netscape, Internet Explorer etc), Operating system (Windows, MAC), the referring link to us (usually a search engine such as Google), and your IP address - just like almost every other site on the web. This information is only ever used to get indications of who is sending traffic to us, and what our most popular pages and files are.
