Q. SpaceWatch Pro does not provide me with the actual owner of the file on the Novell servers I scan, it seems to use EVERYONE which is a group on Novell.

A. This means SpaceWatch pro can't resolve the ownership information from the files.  You need to be using a Novell Client and be logged into the network you're analysing - otherwise all should be OK.  Simply using the Windows Novell interface is NOT enough - this doesn't properly support the Novell API. Debug Logging may reveal more if this doesn't help - contact us for details.
